Sony India — defective remote

I have purchased a LED tv make sony india from M/S BAWA ENTERPRISES opposite gate no.2 RCF HALT, SULTANPUR ROAD, KAPURTHALA.There is a defect in tv remote, i have complaint about this on the same day when i purchased it, but from the date of complaint there is no replacement of the remote.
