I purchased Sony Mobile model (Xperia C4 E5363) on 31st Aug.2015 from Jai Sachidanand Mobile Store E-1/E-2, Sai Complex, Chanakya Place, Part-1 40, Feet Road, opp. C-1 Janak Puri, New Delhi -59 amounting to Rs. 23, 500/- Copy enclosed. (Annexure-1) Since the mobile was not working properly. I complained to the shopkeeper who advised me to submit the model to Sony service centre, 308- 3rd floor DDA Building 5, District Centre, Janak Puri –Delhi –Delhi 110059 on 14th oct. 2015 Copy of job sheet enclosed. (Annexure-2 and Annexure-3). They told me that Sim slot is damaged and the estimate of repair amounting to Rs 9676.89/- was given on 23rd oct. 2015 copy of estimate enclosed.
