Sony India — Delay in delivery of parts by sony india | |
I had ordered a sony TV Adapter for my Sony LED TV, Model no - KDL-42W650A. I had transferred half of the money(Rs 2400) as advance to TELECARE on 28th jan 2016. Its been more than 1 month but the adapter has not been delivered.Every time I make an enquiry they tell me that adapter is not in stock. This is a serious breach of trust from a brand such as Sony.I am a huge Sony Fan but i feel really let down by your shoddy service.
