Sony India — Delay in repairing process

Hi Sir \ Ma'am, I have submitted my Xperia T2 Ultra to the Sony Service Center located in Indore with the Service ID:- W[protected] / [protected] on dated 8/Jul/2015 due to water damage and its has been over a month since my phone has not been repaired yet. Each time i call to the Service Center they tell me that it would be done within a week and 4-5 weeks has been passed doing the same thing. Last week, when i went to the center to take my moblie device back with the deposited ammount at that time they have told me that the part has been dispatched (Called Customer Care they doesn't have any information related to the dispatch of second part) and will be here till 10/11 of this week, but when i have called the center on date 11/Aug/2015 they have again told me that it will take another week to get repaired. I know due to water damage the Warranty has been void but please let me know that the service center is only to repairer the devices which are in Warranty period and the customer like me will have to wait for 2-3 months to get there devices to get repaired and even after that they are not sure that in what time duration the device can be repaired.
