I am using xperia dual sim mobile but till date i was using single sim and a week back i inserted 2nd sim and found that it was not working and today i went to service centre to sort out the problem. They said sim port is damaged and to repair this i have to pay but the phone is only 2 months old and im warranty .i had inserted the sim for first time in that port and it was a manufacturing defect but they denied and said if you want to repiar the slot you have to pay for it..what is my fault i have to pay for the defect which is fault of the company.. Curently i am having a complaint about this mentioned headphone mentioned below
- left side low bass responce.
I have visited sony service station at thiruvalla sony authorised service center
But i am very disappointed by the technicians that they have not identified any complaint and they all are trying to deny the warranty due to less technical experience about the sony products or no experience at all.
I need the warranty for the product i bought as soon as possible.
Kindly resolve my issue as fast as possible before my respect to the sony products gets lost.
I am planning to share this experience in social media to spread awareness among the customers.
