Sony India — Diwali Offer not get till date

I have bought KLV-48R482B and serial no is 3250379 on 21 oct 2014.On diwali offer i would get Headphones worth rs 5999.. But the distributor told me that we will provide you within a week.But 2 months passed i still didn't get it...I am fully dissatisfied with your service i contact customer support they didn't give me satisfactory answer..i decided to go to consumer court against you and dealer.Very Poor Service.Don't buy Sony Products
