Hi I'm a customer of Sony ..bravia led which has issues for double display images and have already checked with Sony service person estimated charges for change of panel is 14 k ...hard ware issues are we resposible for it .. your product does not hold good even 2years and as soon as the warranty is over your product showed its quality .
