Let me introduce myself Vimal Gupta permanent customer Of SONY using many product. Recently I had purchased many products from you authorized Sony Centre, which are:
1. HDR-PJ670\Black (10CAM), purchased on 18 July 2015, Invoice No: 5093756
2. ECM-W1M (10PVCACCY), purchased on 18 July 2015, Invoice No: 5093756
3. E5363/Xperia/C4/DS/Black, purchased on 31 July 2015, Invoice No: 1149
4. SRS-X2/BC (NFC Speaker), purchased on 31 July 2015, Invoice No: 1149
I am very much happy to give my positive feedback regarding the services from item No. 2, 2, 4. But at the same time let me tell you very frankly I am very much unhappy to receive the services from Item No. 3 which is Xperia/C4 Mobile.
Since the date of purchase (i.e 31st July 2015) of the mobile I was feeling trouble in getting the services. I had submitted my mobile to your authorized service centre at NRI Electronics GT Road, Choudhary More, Ghaziabad, Ph:[protected] on date 5 September 2015 Ticket ID: [protected] Job No: W[protected], but sir till date I am very sorry to inform you that I had not received my mobile from your Service Centre, Ghaziabad. However on 10 Sep 2015 I received the phone from service centre after its repairing of motherboard (it was communicated from the technician of the centre but I am not sure what hat had been replaced) but it was again resubmitted on next day because phone was not giving proper services.
Now, I want to ask with due respect, is it fare? Many times I had talked to customer care but they always advised me to wait and watch. Again I want to ask why I should wait since so much long time? Let me tell you very frankly, I did not use my phone even since a single day from when it had been purchased (i.e 31 July 2015).
Now, it’s my humble request to you, kindly do not use my phone for R&D at service centre Ghaziabad. Provide the services thorough the phone for what SONY had been well known worldwide. If it is not possible to repair it, kindly provide new set to me immediately. Was this information helpful? |
