Sony India — extended warranty

Sir/Madam, I am Chandan Bhagat from Chennai(INDIA). I purchased one SONY VAIO laptop, model - VPCEG28FN from SONY VAIO Showroom in Chennai(INDIA). Later, before expiry of the 1 year warranty i extended my warranty for two years from the same Showroom. But when they issued new extended warranty, by mistake they inserted wrong Model number and Product number on the new extended warranty card. Due to this i am facing problems with the Laptop Service in the Authorised service centers. When i went to the same Showroom, they said it will take some time to process. Almost 20 days have passed and still they say that it will take some more time. I Request you to please look into this issue, so that i may get my laptop service as soon as possibe else warranty period will be over soon Here I give the details of my laptop and the Showroom address.
