i abey.k.peter bought a sony led 40inch hd tv on august 2013. And i got a panel conplaint during the month of october2014. i got it repaired under extended warranty, which i took for an additional of 2years duration.sony authorised dealers named madonna electronics at edapally had done the work on my television.They had done the work properly, but at the time of delivery of my repaired television, they didn give me back the extended warranty card.i had called them several times.sonebody took the phone and asked me to go there and collect it.The worst behaviour to a customer through phone.Even then, i had visited the service shop.Then the guy sitting there asked me to come another day.and the reason he told me was, the card was not found there.As the final step, i had called the manager named rakesh and told all these things happened there.He didnt replied me back anything.Also he didnt called me till this moment.i wonder what a kind of bloody service is this brand providing to customers.i expect a disciplinary action against these kind of irresponsible staffs at sony service(madonna electronics).And please do something to return my extended warranty card from those irresponsible peoples.
