Sony India — Extremely poor service | |||
I bought Sony BRAVIA KLV-32R412B 32" LED TV (Black) from croma a month back but there has been no service call from SONY till now. I registered service request a couple of time with S.B. Electronics Thane (phone[protected] but without much effect. Request ID[protected] Never expected such poor performance from company like sony. Was this information helpful? | |||
