Sony India — False commitments by sony service center

I did not expect Sony India Customer Care to be that Ignorant and careless.. Worst Customer Service Ever received from a Multi National Brand.. a complaint registered with the for last 9 Days and still no resolution...and when i speak to the supervisor at the Star Electronics Mr. Parmeet Singh all he says is that he can get the pickup done any time during the day.. all I have been doing is staying back home for last 3 Days but nothing happening and the Liar Driver Mr. Honey Singh who has the audacity to say that he dd not pick up the unit as he could not contact me since phone was switched off.. I do not know sine when and how are the land line numbers switched off... Strange... SONY INDIA needs to act...
