Sony India — Faulty handset | |||
Dear Sir, I have realised some vendors of Sony are not interested in maintaining the brand "Sony" which has taken years to build. My SONY handset bearing [protected] has been given for service against the Work-order W[protected] submitted on 13th February and there is still no clarity till date. Even their mail never mentions any deadline by when i can recieve the handset (its just a diplomatic line but no deadline, so im sure they are not adhering to any deadline). Dealing with Sony was a displeasure as the product was faulty(45 days) and no replacement, but even more pathetic was the service rendered by CCOM Telecommunications, Thane. Its not that every second day a consumer can afford to invest huge sums in purchasing high end phones like this but i can see my hard earned money gone to drain.
