Sony India — faulty mobile handset xperia z3

I bought a sony xperia Z3 (IMEI- [protected]) on 25/12/2014 from The Phone Store Koramangala Bangalore and within two weeks the phone started acting weirdly and the screen stopped working and then after giving it to service centre they changed some four parts of the phone including the screen and then again after one and half month the screen is acting weirdly. The notification bar is not working properly and the screen automatically opens random apps. After submitting to the service centre the problem is still persisting. It is evident from these facts that I have been cheated and have given a faulty handset.
