Sony India — Gift promised but not given

Recently I purchased Sony TV & I was assured by the dealer that under World Cup Special offer I will get free Sony clock Radio, I have been following up for about a month with the dealer & I get to listen the same excuses about the shortage of supply. I am really disappointed by the false commitment made to me. I am not disappointed because I did not get the gift. I am really upset about the false commitment made to me.
