Sony India — Handset in under warranty but still company is not fixing or replacing it

With reference to complaint ID 1-[protected]. Dear sir, I am having sony Xperia z1 mobile bought in August 2014. IMEI : [protected] The phone is still under warranty, it's vibrator is not working now. When I contacted service center & customer care for this issue they are not giving proper response & telling me to change the handset with any other used set. As per the policy I am eligible for new handset as it can't be repaired, says service center. Need your urgent help go get this matter fixed otherwise I will have to take it to higher authorities.
