I want to register a compliant. I bought a SONY HARD DISK DRIVE 1TB for Rs 7, 200 and it is horrible. The product wasn't evengood for a whole month... I lost all my important data due to a manufacturing defect. This is not even the worst case.. Th product had a warranty of 1 year and so i went to a service center hoping to get my HD repaired, but instead they said that the model i've purchased was a failure model and so they replaced the whole set and again unfortunately they gave me the same model again and within three months that piece has gone wrong too... Just one question to the highly reputed SONY company, I[censored] guys know that a product is defective then why on earth would u sell that? And also the customer service was horribleeeeeee we had to go to the service center at least a hundred times and had to wait for what seemed like a decade before getting a decent answer for our queries, forget getting the time it took for the product to be replaced. Now i dunno what am gonna do, for the second time this product has failed and still there is no response from the customer service center. I am not saying that all SONY products are worse, but the customer service is horrible. I need an answer and a proper solution for how can i get my product repaired or replaced or at least just an answer. Was this information helpful? |
