I have previously raised complaint for my sony bravia lCD. Complaint Id:1241696 on 7th march. Then I got a call from your support team and after listening to my issue the asked me a list of documents to be submitted for verification. I have mailed the documents to sony.[protected]@india.com on 10th march Then no body called me . I called back for the follow-up and the team said they will discuss this with the management and revert and haven't reverted back. What kind pf management is this. This is what you call support? Are you only interested in getting customers to buy your products which are cheap in quality and not at all worth the cost and fuzz which is created about it? Isn't it your responsibility to provide the after sales service which is obliviously required for the quality which you provide. Was this information helpful? | |||
