Sony India — Improper conduct of Sony Service Center | |||
I am really disappointed with the service provided by the Sony service center S.R Technologies Bangalore. I had raised a complaint on 4th-Feb-2015 Service request number 23755812. I had enquired multiple number of times and they responded back saying the Panel need to be changed. Was that not the duty of them to respond back to me as soon as they know the panel was not available. Why did I have to ask and then get the answer. I told them to go ahead and they told me to get a DD for the differential which I am ready with.I have been following up for the last 3 days and all I hear is the concerned person not available. Why should I suffer in case support personal is on leave? And today i hear that they want me to go to the service center and drop the DD. Why did it take 4 days to tell me that. Is that not your responsibility to make sure i get good service? I have been a Sony follower for last 10 years and equally disappointed with the was the services are being provided.
