Dear Mam/Sir,
With reference to the trail I was expecting a solution but nothing happened yet since 27.12.2019. For why I have already paid an advance of Rs. 2000 as advised by the concerned person of your service center and did follow up many times during this period.
But when i am asking for the recent update now, they are telling me that this problem of my music system can't be resolved though the plant is not producing these parts now and insisting me to take back the system as well as the advance paid amount. If this so then you had to mention this at the time of purchase.
Now you suggest to me please what will I do with the music system which isn't in working condition ? I had a lot of expectations from your product and service as well. But now I am thinking that my investment for the Sony music system was a bad decision.
According to your attached policy no.8 you have the right to decline the repair service if the product is more than 5 years, but as per my job card i have informed about the problem and submitted the set with receiver on 27.12.2019, which is 4 yrs and 5 months from the date of purchase.
So, kindly look into the matter and try to give your best service which will enable me to get back the music system in working condition please. I hope that being a reliable brand you will consider this matter and will do your best to solve this issue asap.
