Sony India — Lcd panel broken not rectified

Dear sir.
Submitted my tv on 16 june 2016 with job sheet no. J61697705.
For the complaint of lcd panel broken, ,
but till now my problem of the tv is not rectified .
Says - parts not available .
They are not even ready to replace the tv with the option of 25% reduction on the mrp. With the similar size tv.

More over the worst part is i have been calling the service centre, patna since 15 days but they r not replying it.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I'm calling since 1 week your company employees are taking me granted saying tomorrow tomorrow and I'm getting problem for my home theatre installation so please take serious action towards it and solve my problem.
