Sony India — LCD/ Screen to be replaced | |||
URGENT REPLY AND ACTION REQUESTED I Purchased Sony LCD in 2010. Few days back I called Sony Tech. and i was informed that LCD panel has to be replaced but for that i have to give purchase invoice which i gave them the duplicate invoice of Croma, Juhu, Mumbai.Today Sony people called me and informed as part is not available presently we will try to get it repaired. Im shocked as im facing this problem fr the 1st time but having faith for last 40 yrs i have started losing faith in Sony products. SO can you belive that due to the bad service people are losing faith in all SONY PRODUCTS. Your technicians are not at all organised as they call after reaching customers residence inspite of several reminders to call before coming. Now Sony people want to repair the damaged part ie LCD panel which i think is not possible bcs the tech. himself said that it only has to be replaced. Sir, for God sake only due to the bad service SONY is spoiling his reputation which they have buint in years. Kindly do the needful at the earliest otherwise there will be one more custumer will lose faith in SONY PRODUCTS .
