Sony India — LED display complaint

Dear Sir, I am using SONY Bravia LED for last two years and recently it having display problem . So, I registered complaint vide no. 29883873 and service engineer visited to our house and take the charges but not able to identify the problem. I have been advised to take to LED to service center namely Start Electronics, Naraina Vihar Delhi. So, I took the LED there and have been told that panel is not working so, it has be replaced and you need to pay Rs.10, 800. Since they are asking for approval so, I done it. Now, after 12 days, they are saying that parts is not available with Sony, so please buy new LED and company will give you 25% discounts. So, please let me know that SONY brand doesn't have repairing facility and resolving the issue in this way only. I never expect such kind of services from SONY Brand. Please look into it and revert.
