Sony India — LED given for service not delivered and repaired since more than 20 days

This is a complaint regarding the repair of my product : Sony KLV­40R482B LED TV, black, 40 inch which was given for repair at Mahanagar Sony Service Centre(in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh ) on 23rd of Febuary, 2015 .( the Service related Job sheet details are mentioned below for your reference.) Job Number : J50458711 Serial Number : NA3316223 It was told to me that it will be repaired in 3 to 4 working days but its been almost 20 days and i don't have any update regarding my product neither i have been informed about the delivery of my product . Treat this mail as a very serious notification about the service glitch which iam facing regarding my product. Kindly deliver my product with appropriate service to avoid any legal complications as its already been quite an unprofessional display of services from Sony India Services.
