Sony India — Led tv - faulty - repairs not attended

I purchased LED TV with Model name KDL-42W900B, product 8D N0. 18617901 and serial no. 3282828. This TV has colour and sound distortion.

I contacted Sony Customer care centre on 27.3.2016 at 9.30AM and requested for sending the tecnical perosn and told that the TV is in Warranty and I have Warranty Service Coupon. He was not willing to send the service person and he simply disconnected.

It is very hurting to get this type of response from the Sony personnel.

Kindly do the needful and send the service personnel at an early date.
