Sony India — LED-TV panel board of the set needs to be changed | |||
Date :[protected] Dear Sir, I have purchased a LED-TV of your made for about two years ago. Recently it is out of order and requires servicing and so I contacted your service center with the TV set at Rourkela, Odisa that is registered with Job No. 60386835. The center informed me that the panel board of the set needs to be changed. After a few days, the center persisted as of that the panel board is not available and insisted of purchasing me a new set at the price of 25% of the actual value. But I am to request you to consider my case sympathetically as how I can leave off my set of 2 years old and spend a lum-sum money for an another set. I shall be obliged if you kindly arrange to change the panel board or supply a new set at free of cost. I am naturally very anxious about it and should be glad at an early arrangement.
