This is to put into your notice again (as i have dropped mail before complaint number of the same is 1-[protected] )against job sheet number W[protected] .Previously my complaint was regarding the delayed services by the service center people .Now i have taken this initiative to inform you one new concern that i have faced today.Actually i had called the service center, J.P.electronics (address-E1/10 Shop no 33 aggarwal e-mall, sector -7 rohini, Delhi-110085) people yesterday i.e on 4 april 2014 to check the status of my phone as because they are constantly disconnecting the phone.So i had called your customer care people on this number[protected], they later arranged a conference call with the service center people on the lady on the other end from the service center, confirmed that your phone is ready from our end and you can collect it tomorrow, i.e. 5 april 2014 .Today my father had visited the service center (as i am in gurgaon) to collect the same.And today they reported that it is still not ready as camera of my handset is not working properly.I had submitted my phone at the service center with the concern of frequent battery discharge and non -functionable data cable not with the concern with the camera .It was working perfectly alright before submitting in the service center on 31 st march, 2013(on this date i have submitted the phone in the service center) .
This is to put into your concern that not just me, many customers were complaining the same issue, in the service center and i had noticed too, that they have submitted phone with different concern but is changing everone single customer camera.And now this same thing they have done with my handset.I Have a strong feeling that the service center people are making money by selling the original parts of sony original parts .Kindly, ask your concerned authorities to take necessary action on it.As service center people is not playing with the money of customer or sony but playing with the brand name of Sony as well. I Had a word with Ms Rajani, a senior manager at sony customer care she had ensured me that she will also escalate the same issue to concerned authorities i own my own wants you to take action in this or else replace my handset to its earliest
