Sony India — MOBILE NOT REPAIRED BY SONY

I bought Sony for the first time and i am very much unsatisfied with this product because there is a mic (voice) problem since i bought this phone the problem is my voice didn't reach at the other end properly is distracted & losses voice in between in short my voice is not audible at the other (receiver) end. I have submitted my phone to meerut service center for 3 times. In the first 2 time they didn't bother they just formatted my phone and said its a software problem infact i was saying that its the problem of hardware but they didn't listen, when i reached their 3rd time and tell them that it is still not working even submitting my phone for 2 times then in this 3rd time they changed mic of my phone but the problem is still same. 1 more problem is there that they ask customer to sign the job sheet that phone is received and working properly with out getting checked by customer. And i have a real video and audio prof of this.I bought this phone for Rs. 19500 and this phone is not fulfilling the basic requirement of phone then what is the use of buying sony.Now i want my problem to be resolved at any condition because now its going above limits.
