Dear sir, i sanjeev saini from gurgaon. i bought sony xepria c3 hand set last nine month. after nine month comming to problem . i deposit hand set sony service center.service center told me at this time software problem so we done software update . the next day my phone return done phone software update.
after 10 to 15 day comming to this problem. than i deposite phone in service center service center told me software problem and sony company problem.
at this time i request please solve my phone problem so return software update my phone and return next day my phone
after one week same problem/ phone on and off automatic (restarting)create problem than i go sony service center. service center told me please deposit your phone check to engg.
dear sir, last two month my phone going to service center four time.
dear sir, please take to action at this my problem
otherwise i going to consumer court.
