My phone Sony c6902 was damaged accidently and I visit Sony service center and the representatives asked me that it will be replaced by a new one for a consideration of rs 9000/. But they handed me over a refurbished phone which was faulty and again that asked me to provide a new but again they provide a faulty phone which again was held with them. I am suffering from last 1 and half month. I want them to replace my phone as soon as possible by a new phone.
