Sony India — Mobile sony xperia c5 ultra dual | |||
I bought my mobile 3 months back from Bangalore the model is Sony Xperia C5 ultra dual. The phone display has gone on its own. The phone does not have any scratches on the main screen or back screen and is full in condition. After going to store Croma they reached out to Sony authorized center in Hyderabad and they are just telling its a physical damage without any explanation. Earlier they told its because the phone has fell down but when I asked there are no scratches they changed the reason to that it is pressed hardly on the screen. They are charging me Rs 8500 to change the display which is wrong. They are just trying to save their money by not changing the display. They have no particular reason and they are just telling its physical damage putting the full burden cost on me. This is the worst service I ever had from any other brand. Will not like to recommend it to any known person or even anyone related to them. Was this information helpful? | |||
