Sony India — money taken by the authorized dealer in the name of new battery replacement

As citied above i placed an order with the sony authorized dealer on paying amount. But nobody has turned up to inform us about the order placed on being asked they say they will inform us. This is being continued. now im not even able to buy it with other dealers since i have already invested money with these people. So i request for atleast my amount to be refunded and its very embarassing they are cheating the customers.
