Dear Sir, I have bought a brand new Sony Bravia R412C LED TV from one of the show rooms at Karimnagar City on dt:16/05/2015. Subsequently I have called your company’s toll free number and requested them to send authorized person to install/ mount it over the wall at my home. They have told me that they are going to send the person within the 6 working days. It is almost 10 days now, but no body came to fix the TV. From last four days, I have been calling to the customer care, but they did not take any action about my problem. Hence I totally fed up with the service of the concerned persons of your company. So I want you to take necessary action immediately over the concerned person/s, whoever responsible for this negligence in servicing your valuable customer like me.
