Sony India — Music stops suddenly in middle and starts again

I am using android lollipop latest version. Even updated Sony Music app. But while hearing to songs.. A crackling sensation in song occurs and song stops abruptly. It is so annoying to see this. After it stops It starts again after 1-2 mins.. The cycle keeps on repeating. Till now I went to Sony customer care. In hitex hyderabad. They said there was a problem with headphones as they checked my head phones with another Sony mobile in their office. But it is not problem with headphones. Plz check on this
