Sony India (Nishant Enterprises Margao-Goa) — Gave me damaged home theatre and refusing to replace

I had purchased a Sony Home Theatre on 25/01/2016 around 8;45pm for Rs.18000/- and since we had a function on the 28th i had opened the box that day itself as the technician was supposed to come on 27th. I use to hardly play any songs because we have a small baby at home. But, on the function day i had played many songs and suddenly the home theatre went off, i tried turning it on but it wasn't turning on. Since it was not turning on i went closer to see if any plug has come out but to my notice the dvd player had scratches on the top and it was slightly damaged on the left side. After noticing i soon contacted the dealer "JAY DURGA AGENCIES" Vasco, Goa. And soon they arranged for a sony technician to inspect the home theatre. The technician arrived next day and he told me it is damaged product and since it was not turning on he told me i will get a replacement. Now i tried contacting Nishant Enterprises (Sony) and i informed them about the damaged product. They are totally ignoring my request and in return they are telling me to get the home theatre at their service centre which is around 25kms away from my place, but they are not ready to replace. Even last time Nishant Enterprises had done the same thing to my Sony Phone. I made cash payment and paid Rs.18000/- for a fresh and working product not a defective product. They are cheating people. Nishant Enterprises is also telling me that they will change my dvd cover and i will have to pay for it. If the product was damaged by me i would have not put a complaint or requested for new product. But i have received a damaged product and i want it to be replaced as soon as possible. The technician had also taken a slip from my warranty card and he had put a remark on it saying the "SYSTEM IS DEAD" . Till now they have been ignoring me and blaming me that i have damaged the product. Is this the way to deal with customers ? They really need to appreciate customers and provide them good services and not cheat them by giving damaged product. I want my home theatre to be replaced or else i want my full money back as there is no worth in buying such costly home theatre.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
