Sony India — No after sales repair or replacement for Sony Ps Vita | |||
I had purchased a Sony Playstation Vita in 2012 however I lost the bill. Its been six months since my consoles 'O' button isnt working and yet without bill or warranty card, Sony completely refuses to repair or even replace(I had agreed to pay also) the product. I'm dissatisfied with the after sales, as this honestly dissapoints me as a customer. I have no other option but to trash the product just because a single button. I can't even sell it...
