[Resolved] Sony India — no response from customer care

Dear sir This is in reference to our complaint regarding our television which is not working from last one month and we are trying to reach you, we called at your customer care no many times but there is no response from your end. as we know that is Sony is a very big brand and has very good image in market but this time i am feeling that local company is better than sony these days . i think you need to improve your services or soon you will lose your image .my complaint no is 22957398 my name is sachin vij 101 ghs 3 sector 24 panchkula so tell me if i should Wait for your response or go to local market for repair .but really very bad experience . regards sachin vij [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com
