I Had a problem with my sony television and for which i raised a complaint to the customer care. They asked me to do some basic troubleshoot which i did over the call but that dint solve my issue so he insisted me on taking a complaint for solving the issue.
So i raised a complaint with No : 69782592. After one day a engineer called asking for the problem where i clearly explained him the red light blinks for three times and if its not serviceable or repairable no need to visit only for taking the visiting charge of Rs 254 .But he assured me any problem can be rectified but today i dint receive any call from them. so i initiated a call myself where they say sony supports only for the latest model television and for my model there is no spare available.
Its so cheap on a company which sells its brand on a costlier side to actually send engineers to just earn their salary again from customers.
If support is not available for the particular product its the duty of the customer support to inform the customer. Even a local TV mechanics dont charge for visiting they charge only for the repair charge. Very poor Was this information helpful? |
