I purchased Sony LED TV Model No. 48W600B Serial No. 3274263 from Sony Center ( Sai Electricals, Preet Vihar), Invoice No.SAI/1, 614/2015-16 on 28.06.2015. Prior to billing I was assured and reassured that the installation will be done the same day latest by 6.30 p.m. After continuous reminders over telephone since 6.30 onwards till 8.30 pm with the staff i was again and again reassured that the installation would be done in the stipulated time. However at the end of the day at 8.35 pm they finally informed that installation would not be possible today and could only be done next day i.e. today. However, even after lapse of 24 hours the installation is still pending.
The kind o[censored]rgency shown in billing and dispatch of TV within 5-7 mins of the consent was not shown in the installation and due to which i feel cheated because the money has been blocked for me and my warranty starts with the purchase.
Kindly, ensure fair practice with the customers since i agreed for the billing on the pretext of same day installation otherwise i would have chosen to purchase the TV some other day. Was this information helpful? |
