Sony India — Non-Availability of technician for wall mounting of newly purchased TV

Hi, I have recently bought a Sony TV from Sony center but even after multiple calls to the store, no one has come to my house to do wall mounting. I purchased TV on 18 June 15 and the store person assured me that technician will visit my house within 24-48 hours, but its been 10 days now, no one has come . I have followed up daily with the store person but they take it for granted and also they never update me the status also .
