Sony India — Not getting response by the sony company

I have purchased Sony xperia z ultra about 3-4 months before and i have visited sony service center in varanasi, uttar pradesh branch and not getting a satisfactory response by the company. sony xperia z ultra screen is broken by an accident and i have made complain but the mechanics in the service center are not giving a clear suggestion. i am suffering from last one month with this problem and not getting a solution. please i want a quick response by the company as i have suffered a lot. hope i will get a quick reply soon. thankyou Gulshan Kapoor Varanasi, U.P. ph: [protected]
