Dear Sir/Madam,
Purchase Sony LED Dt.- 11.5.2015, Model no - KLV32R422B in Himansu Sales Corporation Halol.
1) 17.05.2015 1st time Installation request submitted Service Requested ID is 25486803 is assigned to Jay Shree Electronic Rajkot. Phone no is[protected].
I am calling Jay Shree Electronic for Installation Purpose, Shree electronic person say your service request Transfer Morbi, our engineer installation your TV 2 or 3 days.
Dt. 23.05.2015 work is not completed. Then i am calling Rajkot Service Center give me reason In my service center not sufficient engineer available in center. Rajkot service center cancel service request (Request ID[protected].
Dt. 23.05.2015 call customer care then enter new service request.
Dt. 26.05.2015 Call customer care, then your Rajkot service center cancel.
Today New service request enter in customer care.
Pl. Help...
If not install 2 or 3 day, pl. return my TV.
Note :-Today i am change Mobile number.
