Sony India — not received my sony xperia c3 mobile

dear sir /mam I purchased a mobile sony xperia c3 from range teleservices at lajpat nagar 2.in this mobile i am facing many problem with this phone, back camera is not working flash light is not working, sensor is not working, I submitted my mobile at accel frontline ltd add: 601-604, 6th floor, ashoka bhavan, 95, Nehru Place New Delhi 110019. i submitted my mobile on 30 dec 2014, but i wlii not get my mobile till date, number of time i call to customer care regarding this they were told me that it will take some time for update.. till now i haven't received my phone so i request to you please take a legal action regarding the same please reply me as early as possible.. job sheet number : [protected] Thanks & regard deepak kumar singh ([protected])
