Sony India — Not repairable laptop

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have purchase a Sony Vaio laptop model SVE14A15FNH having Sr. No. 3039 in the year 2013, 8th January, After purchasing this laptop I am continuously facing problem with this laptop it was working for only for couple of months and then after it creating hardware problems, windows crash, device driver problems, slow performance during work as per its specification. However I tolerated these types of problem and rectify the problems as I am also an IT Professional and having 14+ experience in same profession. But whenever any hardware problem arises I logged the complaint in Sony India Customer care Toll free no.[protected] and get Serviced my laptop from the Authorized Service Centre - Aditya Infosolutions, Lucknow. Authorised Service Centre engineers replaced all the parts & still laptop is not in proper working condition. I want to bring you kind attention that on an average every 2 month my unit got some problem and most of time it is submitted in service centre for repair. In the above mentioned scenario I humbly request to you very kindly to look into the matter and instruct the person concerned to please change my above laptop with same / similar model.
