Sony India — Not replacing the data cable

Dear sir, I was given my data cable for replacement because the cable was not working properly.I have given the cable in service centre in 02/07/14 but today is 18/07/14.I haven't got back the data cable due to this i am unable to use my mobile. So I am requesting to you please solve my problem which i am facing.
