Sony India — not returning my mobile phone

hii i am jawahar lal from faridabad haryana. i have submitted my sony mobile xperia z on dated 11/03/2014 at service centre nh-5 nit faridabad ragarding problem in my ear speaker.now they are not returning my mobile to me after a long period till today. now they have break my screen and said that it was the fault of the customer yet i have submitted my mobile in a good condition. i have paid rupees 25000/- to the company to [purchase the product. now they harassing me. i an using sony bravia, sony handycam, sony laptop and sony mobile in my house but your service break my faith on the company. Now i have decided not to purchase any product of this company in my life if the problem exist the same. i have called many times to the customer care but there is no improvement.Its almost a month has gone. So long period ...i cant understand. Who will purchase your products if you will make such harassment to the customers ? please solve my problem as early as possible.
