Dear Sir,
I have purchased a SONY OLED KD-55A8G on[protected] with extended warranty upto 31/03/2024. The said OLED not working since 18/09/2023 and I lodge complaint vide complaint no.OC[protected]. BUT unfortunately no one is going to resolve the issue. The insurance company is telling that matter is pending at SONY Company and vice versa.
It is very painful that such a big brand company is not bothering to resolve the issue.
Hence you are requested to resolve my issue as soon as possible or replace the OLED with new one.
