Sony India — Phone replaced three times but still problem persist and phone is with service centre from last 2 month

1) I purchased Xperia Z2 from Anjul Impex, 523-A, Ambedkar Road, Opp-Axis Bank, Ghaziabad (U.P).

2) I got warranty of one year on the same but after using it for less than a week its battery got puffed. So Sony service centre Ghaziabad replaced my handset with Xperia Z3 (IMEI No. [protected]) 20.02.2015 dated (Copy enclosed of Bill) on dated 20.02.2015, but after using it only 3 months, its ringer got burst & not gave proper sound, when i contacted Sony service centre at R.N-Goel & Sons Pvt. Ltd. "523A, Ambedkar Road, Opp. Axis Bank, Ghaziabad-201001, Uttar Pradesh" +91-[protected] they told me that it will be send to Sony centre and will be open forcefully by tools like knife & some other tools like that and company doesn't have a policy to give new phone to customer in exchange of that. But after requesting them several times they replaced my Xperia z3 with a brand new Xperia z3 handset. New phone which i got again start creating same problem (Ringer Problem, Speaker Problem, Network Issue, Hanging Problem). So i again put my device into service twice in the month of September, 2015.

3) After requesting to Sony service centre at Ambedkar road, Ghaziabad. Firstly the way they talk was very rude and they told me that my handset will be upgraded to Sony Xperia Z3+ (Box price 53000/- but available at Sony centre at Rs 40000/- only) by paying 1000 Rs more. As the price printed on the box was 1000 Rs more than the bill amount of my Xperia Z3 ( Billed amt Rs 45000/-). As I didn’t have any other option left with me so I paid them 1000 Rs and I was provide Xperia Z3+ (IMEI No. [protected]) dated 28.11.15 (Copy enclosed of Bill).

4) Unfortunately after using it for 15-20 days its back panel got a crack & when I contacted service centre at Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad, they told me that it will be repair but no warranty will be given to you. By contacting some other service centre of Sony I come to know that my warranty will last upto 19.02.2016. But I want to know that I was provide the handset in the month of October 2015 so why the warranty is provided only upto 19.02.2016.

5) I have submitted my new Xperia Z3+ to sony service centre on 26 Dec 2015 (Copy enclosed of Job sheet) and have paid 2800 Rs for changing of back panel.Now service centre officials are not in the position to repair my phone as back panel is not sticking to the phone. I have always been a loyal customer of your products. But since i purchased Sony's handset i was facing problem with the handset. As you know already three handset is already being replaced by sony but problem still persist. So I just fed-up with your service.

6) Your service centre official are not in the position to sort it out, thus I want full refund of my money
