Sony India — Phone with no sim card slot for holding sim

Job id b1w[protected] submited my phone with sony authorised service centre at laxminagar on 22 - may - 2015 and received after a long period on 15 - june - 2015 though i collect it on 2nd july 2015 (My fault, due to my busy schedule) and i paid what they people demanded well in advance the whole sum. But even after paying the amount asked and waiting for such a good period i was with a disturbed handset again. The time i checked it was without a sim card slot for holding the sim and feeling harrased and ashamed of purchasing and believing such a brand.

Now i with no other option left except to keep going around these people again.
