Sony India — Playstation 3 not returned after sending for replacement

I had sent my PlayStation 3 on 14th march 2016 to shivani electronics amritsar at batala road, during its warranty period .i was told by the service center that it will be returned within 15 days but i did not get it even after 45 days (till now).it was a very bad experience. please help me to get play station back as soon as possible . my telephone no. is [protected]
